VE80 Day Thursday 8th May 2025 – Celebration Charity Cycle
Ashford and St Peter’s Hospital is a Veteran Aware Trust committed to veterans and current members of the Armed Forces and their families. ASPH will be honouring the sacrifices made by military personnel during WW2 on this very special day.
Fraser's Story
To commemorate and honour the past, and as a Veteran myself of 30 years, I’ll be cycling 80kms on the 80th anniversary on VE Day on behalf of Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals’ Charity and welcome your kind support. Your fundraising will directly benefit our Veterans of WW2 and their generations, helping to provide services, care, and resources. This much needed support will enhance the quality of life for those who are ageing and in need, with activities such as the Veteran’s Breakfast clubs which encourage socialising, and discussions of healthcare challenges faced by local veterans. A service I use regularly and have met many fantastic ex-service people through. Your funding will not only provide financial support but honour and preserve the memory of those who fought for our freedom and the values we cherish today. Moreover, ensure the sacrifices and the lessons of the past are never forgotten. Please give generously to this incredible Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals’ Charity and the Trust so that they can continue with their devoted professional care and unswerving positive attitude to our Veteran brothers and sisters.
